Just in Case You Missed Anything..... (Vol. 15)

Things have continued to stay exciting in the world of Ryan Adams lately...... there have been plenty of radio and television performances, insightful interviews, music videos, new 7" release, shows announcements and plenty more. Anyway here's a quick rundown of some of the recent highlights:

World Cafe, WXPN Broadcast from September 9th - excellent interview about the making of the new album, the aborted record with Glyn Johns, Blackhole, pinball, Pax-Am Studios, Jenny Lewis, and performances of Gimme Something Good, Stay With Me, Mother (Danzig cover), Shadows, Peaceful Valley and a world exclusive performances of The Door (from Blackhole) and I Wanna Know What Love Is (Yes, the Foreigner cover)!

The Whole Wide World with Rita Houston, WFUV Broadcast from September 9th - excellent performance recorded at Electric Lady Studios in New York City. Setlist includes Gimme Something Good, Fix It, Dirty Rain, Stay With Me, Easy Plateau, Am I Safe, Peaceful Valley, Wolves, A Kiss Before I Go, Shadows, Trouble, Kim, When the Summer Ends, I Just Might, and If I Could Change Your Mind.

Soundcheck, WNYC Broadcast from September 10th - new interview (mostly relating to his studio) and performances Gimme Something Good, Stay With Me, Rats in the Wall, and Why Did They Leave You Alone.

KCRW Morning Becomes Eclectic Broadcast from September 16th - excellent performances of Gimme Something Good, Am I Safe, Wolves, Fix It, What If You Are Wrong, Shadows, When the Summer Ends, and Stay With Me.

Zane Lowe Show on BBC One Broadcast from September 17th - light-hearted interview with the band about pinball, Pax-Am Studios, and the formation of the group; as well as some very special stripped down acoustic performances of Gimme Something Good, Trouble, and My Wrecking Ball.

Dermot O'Leary Show on BBC Radio Two Broadcast on September 20th - very insightful interview about Ryan's songwriting process and the making of the new album.
