Just in Case You Missed Anything Vol. 17

On December 9th, Ryan Adams will release yet another brand spankin' new 7" single. This one's called "Do You Laugh When You Lie?", and is available through Pax-Am Records , Waterloo Records , iTunes , and other fine record stores!

Ryan Adams is co-scoring a movie soundtrack alongside composer Theodore Shapiro. Billy Collins is a John Lennon-inspired comedy featuring Al Pacino and will be in theaters next spring. Adams and Shapiro previously worked together on the song "Stay Alive" for the soundtrack to The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. For more info and to stay updated on the film, go HERE.

A few excellent magazine articles have been coming out lately about Ryan. The jamband publication - Relix has a cover story this month, and can be purchased through their website. American Songwriter also has a cover story which can be downloaded at their website.

If you haven't yet heard the KCRW live performance from September featuring Ryan Adams and the Shining. Do yourself a favor and check it out! It's available for free streaming on Spotify. Go HERE.

On Black Friday (November 28th), most indie record stores are releasing quite a few limited edition releases. Although there is no sign of Ryan's lost album - Blackhole being released just yet, there is a new Jenny Lewis 7" single which features 2 unreleased alternate takes from the Pax-Am sessions with Ryan.

Also on the horizon......... Ryan's performance and interview with comedian/actor Jeff Garlin will be available as a free podcast download on iTunes in the coming weeks HERE........ Also in the next couple weeks, another podcast from Marvel Comics featuring an interview with Ryan will be available through the Marvel website............. And finally, early next year, PBS will broadcast the recent marathon performance of Ryan Adams' Austin City Limits taping from last month!

And finally..... Ryan Adams played at a recent benefit show for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medican Research Foundation on November 3rd at Largo in Los Angeles. Other guests included Gary Shandling, Judd Apatow and more. Anyway I havent seen any set list updates for this show yet, but if anyone was there or has any more information, please leave a comment below. Thanks
