Just in Case You Missed Anything Vol. 23

There really isn't a lot of news to report right now but consider this post to be the calm before the storm hits. With a new record due in the fall and a bunch of new tour dates starting tomorrow, fans are in for some exciting months ahead!

- Let's start with the tour! According to some recent twitter postings from band rehearsals, Ryan and the Shining have practiced a slew of brand new songs as well as some rarely performed oldies. Below is a list of songs that we can expect to hear on the upcoming dates:

New Songs
We Disappear
To Be Without You
Take it Back
So Helpless
Prisoner
Outbound Train
Haunted House
Do You Still Love Me
Doomsday
Broken Anyway
Breakdown
Baby I Love You

Oldies
Goodnight Rose (last performed in 2009)
Halloween Head (last performed in 2008)
Magick
I Just Might
Blue Light

- Next up, I hope you've all had the chance to check out the new Heartbreaker reissue. If not, go get it now! It's even better than I had anticipated and features a lot of incredible outtakes and demos. Lately there have been a few really informative articles and interviews promoting the album. Ryan tells some of the stories behind the making of Heartbreaker, the breakup of Whiskeytown, as well as his transition to becoming a solo artist. Check them out below:

-  If you've got $750 to spare, photographer and filmmaker - Danny Clinch is selling some signed prints on his website including a couple of Ryan Adams from his Carnegie Hall performances in 2014. Check them out HERE or HERE.

- Critically acclaimed pop culture writer - Chuck Klosterman has a new book out called "But What If We're Wrong" which features some sections about Ryan Adams. It's available to purchase HERE.

- Lastly, Ryan Adams played a bluegrass set backed by Nicki Bluhm and the Infamous Stringdusters recently. Below are a few clips from this one-of-a-kind performance.
